Our patients are kind enough to give us feedback on the services we have provided for them.  We send an annual Customer Satisfaction Survey to evaluate the perception of our patients experience with our company.

Janet had an Audiological Evaluation with DGS in 2011.  She had a successful visit with the decision to purchase hearing aids.  At her fitting appointment she said,  "Darlene and the staff at DGS were exactly what I was looking for.  I learned that I had a congenital hearing loss and wanted to be sure I was making the right choice. I had visited another local audiologist, but I chose DGS.  Their website offered valuable patient information that allowed me to educate myself on my diagnosis and the products that were available to meet my needs.  It was a great choice, Darlene answered all my questions in a very professional and caring manner, she definitely treats her patients with the utmost respect. The staff, is very diligent about following up with inquires.
